In the evening, you can enjoy some typical dishes of Monferrat, accompanied by Freisa, Malvasia and Barbera wines, produced with biodynamic methods, and full of the aromas, the colour and the ancient wisdom of winemaking traditions, together with organic products offered by our beloved land: home-made bread, cereals, legumes and vegetables, local cheeses and eggs coming directly from our henhouse.
